Poor Craftsmanship and Customer Service
"Dansko has always been regarded as a manufacturer of high quality goods. I had purchased one of these clogs and at first was impressed on the comfort and arch support during long clinical days. However, 6 months into ownership, the staples binding the sole to the upper have completely come out and the sole of the clog is completely cracked all the way through at the forefoot, making the shoe unsafe to wear. I had reached out to customer service about warranty of the shoes and they stated the wear is “normal”. It’s a bit disappointing that a $155 clog lasts only 6 months with no guarantee on quality. It’s now evident that dansko craftsmanship and quality service have become subpar since moving their manufacturing from Europe to China. Stay away from Danskos. If you want quality clogs, you’re better off with Sanitas or Calzuros."
