Ordering is easier than ever with free shipping on any footwear purchase.
How it works
Dansko gladly accepts returns of unworn, undamaged merchandise purchased online for a refund or exchange within 60 days of original purchase.
Select items including accessories, socks, personalized footwear, and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
If your item is damaged and your purchase date falls outside of our standard 60 day return window, then please contact email@example.com for assistance.
How much do returns cost?
For a return, $7.95 will be deducted from your refund (unless an incorrect or damaged item was received).
Please note that returns for Alaska and Hawaii require special handling, and we do not accept exchanges for either state.
How do I start a return?
Visit our Return Center to start your return. You’ll need your order number, and either the email address associated with your purchase or the shipping zip code — your choice. Next, you’ll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label, also sent to your email.
Can I make an exchange?
Yes! For exchanges, simply follow the same steps outlined above and choose your new size or new item after selecting the item you’ll be sending back.
The first online exchange per order is free. After exchanging once, the order will then be treated as a return and incur a $7.95 shipping charge.
Do I need to return the product in its original packaging?
Please include the original shoe box for footwear returns. You may ship your return back in your preferred packaging. We just ask that it’s shipped in a container that protects the merchandise so as to avoid damage in transit.
Is return paperwork required?
Nope! We have all the information we need.
Where can I find my shipping label?
Once you start your return, you’ll receive step-by-step instructions and a return shipping label will be sent to your email for easy access.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
Sorry about that! After starting your return, select ‘received wrong item’ under ‘reason for return’, and proceed through the exchange. You will be required to upload a picture of the item you received. Your order will ship out to you upon return carrier scan.
