"I was hoping for more arch support and shoe stability, as in the other Dansko shoes that I have purchased. I am having trouble with returning them. This never happened before. I’m still waiting for Dansko to get back to me. It’s been 72 hours already. I might not order online anymore if I can’t return these."
"The leather braids that run upward from the toe to the heel are not fixed in place. As I walk, they shift and become crooked very quickly, and it looks really stupid. I cannot believe I spent the amount of money I did on shoes that do this. Of course I didn't know the shoes would look messed up like that until after I wore them to work all day. So disappointed."
