The footbed cleaner effectively removes dirt, oils, perspiration, and odors, restoring color on various footbed materials. However, some customers found the brush not sturdy enough, leading to dissatisfaction.

"I purchased a pair of shoes, on line, & there was a fit issue so they were returned for a refund. I had also purchase care products at the same time that are not returnable. If I could find a store in southern California who actually have the shoes, & not just a catalog, I'd probably try to repurchase the shoes again with a proper fit."
"My shoes are over 2 decades old (Danskos rock!), never been washed. So the footbeds were positively black (gross!). I followed all the directions, and the footbeds look a little bit better, maybe halfway to “much” better. I hope that makes sense."
