Another sandal with hook and loop tape - no real buckles
"I am fed up with trying to find sandals to wear for one reason -- they all use hook and loop tape for the straps! This model came with ankle straps barely long enough to go around and fasten with the hook and loop tape, and then when I stood up and took two steps - the straps came unhooked. I don't have fat ankles. Is it too much to ask that when I am spending between $140-$200 for a pair of sandals that they have real buckles and leather straps with holes in them for adjustability? The way sandals are supposed to be made? Two steps and back in the box for the return."
Most comfortable Dansko yet
"I have several pairs of Dansko shoes and always love the arch support. These are even more comfortable with the padded suede like footbed, without looking clunky. I normally don’t like straps across my instep and wish there was a larger elastic goring but at least they are adjustable so I wear them loose. I found they fit perfectly in my normal Dansko size, not at all small as Dansko says. Would love to see more sandal styles (not just slide) on this cork-foam footbed."
