Refund policy

 

At Dansko, we are committed to providing high-quality products that meet your expectations. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us through our contact form within 60 days of the original purchase date. We are happy to offer a refund or exchange if the item was purchased directly from Dansko or one of our authorized retailers. For full details on how returns and exchanges are handled please refer to our Return Process below.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for items that have been worn, damaged, or purchased through unauthorized sellers or distributors outside of our carefully selected network of retailers.           

Return Process

Dansko gladly accepts returns of unworn, undamaged merchandise purchased online through Dansko.com for a refund or exchange within 60 days of the original purchase. Some items, such as accessories, socks, personalized footwear and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.

Footwear marked as “SALE” (ending in $.98) is eligible for exchange or store credit only, subject to availability. If you have any questions regarding sale products, please contact our team at moreinfo@dansko.com. 

If your item is damaged and you are outside the standard 60-day return window, please reach out to moreinfo@dansko.com for assistance.
