Well made, but very narrow
"My son informed me they were super tight and his foot felt like it was in a vice. He returned them and the very next day you notified him that the Thomas loafer he is exchanging is being fulfilled as I write this. Exceptional service! You deserve high praise for keeping your word and following through on what is written on your website. He is anxiously waiting for his Thomas loafers to arrive. He is hoping it is wider than the clog he returned. Many thanks for being a reputable company."

Replacement Shoe order
"Hello there, this was a replacement order for original order SP-809043, these feel so much better already. I was very happy they arrived so quickly, thank you for that. The arch support could be a bit better, but that could also be the effect from wearing the other shoes which seemed to have very little support for those few months. Overall, so far, I am very satisfied, the sole cushioning is good, and I hope as they break in, my feet will stop being so upset with me. I know how difficult customer service can be, especially in this day and age, and I'm glad you stepped up to make things right so quickly. Hopefully these shoes will only need replacement when they come to their natural end of life from me wearing them out. Thank you once again for the great customer service experience, especially from a 'less than tech savvy' customer. Michael C."

"I wore danskos for years but decided to switch and try something new. I couldn’t find anything that matches the comfort and quality of the Dansko xp 2. 0. I’m glad I switched back. I plan to order a second pair."

"Run a small. I’m a size 9 shoe and order 9. 5-10 and it was to small it hurt. And now I cant return due to wearing them."
