"I have an older version of this sandal which was perfect for me. The strap arrangement has been changed. This sandal, the strap that crosses the forefoot, is linked to the other straps. I have a wide forefoot. I could not adequately adjust the sandal for a comfortable fit. Please make a model of this sandal with a separate forward strap. Love the footbed and the rest of the design."

"Not true to size. Shorter than my usual size. The arch support is not as much as in my Dansko clogs which I love. The strap around the front of my foot rubs and is rough. I’ll order a size larger, maybe it will be a better fit."
"This is the first time I've ever written a shoe review but I had to say: I just love these! My feet are picky and I needed sandals for an international trip with lots of walking (I've learned that sneakers are not the most comfortable when it's hot). I wore these for several 2-3 mile walks before we left to make sure they would work and they were AMAZING throughout the trip! I came back here to purchase a second pair because these are all I want to wear around the house now :-)"
"Very, very disappointed. This was to be my second pair. I purchased a pair last summer, loved them, wore them everywhere, then this summer as I was walking my dogs through the woods, The strap popped out of where it was sewn. I took it to a shoe repair who couldn’t have it done until JANUARY of ‘26, so I ordered another pair because I loved them. Now…two months after breaking out the new pair, they broke in the same place, also at an inconvenient time. I am a loyal wearer of Dansko clogs for 30 years and I am so very disappointed that not only am I down a lot of money but have lost confidence in the brand. Not sure if the company can rectify this in any way at this point."
