Personalized shoes are created by you, just for you. All sales of personalized items are final and may not be returned or exchanged, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

The final personalization on your shoes may look slightly different from what is shown online due to variations in leather texture or other factors.

Dansko reserves the right to reject any submitted personalization. Your personalization will be rejected if it contains content:
- That may be abusive, defamatory, degrading, derogatory, discriminatory, explicit, harassing, harmful, inciting violence, inflammatory, insulting, intimidating, obscene, offensive, profane, or threatening; or
- That may infringe the intellectual property rights of someone else; or
- That otherwise isn’t reflective of the Dansko brand values.
