Tried to send Gift Card to Family
"My cousin asked for a gift card to dansko. I had not heard of this company until the gift was requested so I went online and appreciated how easy it was to find how to send a gift card online. Unfortunately, this was where I had some issues. I tried to add my family member's names and e-mail as the recipient, but the set up to send the gift card was a bit confusing and when I put my family member's name as the recipient, an e-mail was sent to that person since that person had an account already so I learned quickly that I could not send the gift card directly to the family members e-mail. I ended up sending myself the gift card and forwarding it to the recipient. I presume that worked since I haven't heard otherwise, but I would have preferred to send directly to the recipient. I think Dansko should allow individuals who have Dansko accounts to also receive e-gift cards."
