  I'm a professional wedding photographer; always standing and walking all day. I got back pain every time I worked. I knew I needed a better support from my shoes. My wife, who is a chef and has been wearing Dansko, told me about the shoes. So I picked up a pair, a more modern look one. You know what? I never get back pain anymore! Amazing.

  My first pair of Dansko shoes were a yellow pair of wedged sandals. I liked the color because it matched my summer outfits but I did not know that I would love the way they felt and made me feel when I wore them. Each time I wear them I get complements and students and other teachers wonder where I got them. I often tell them how comfortable they are even though they have a wedge heel. I love my shoes.

  I wreck work shoes as a chef. I always needed to put in inserts. A chef friend has worn Dansko shoes most of his career and recommended them. I bought some and I didn't need inserts and they lasted me at least 1.5 years. Before this I was going through 2-3 pairs per year. I won't wear anything else at all for work. Dansko Only!

  I purchased my Dansko shoes for a recent trip to Europe. I planned on wearing a different pair of shoes for all the walking and sightseeing and use my Dansko shoes for the leisure days as these have a good sized heel. Boy, was I surprised! I could wear my Dansko shoes all day long, sightseeing everywhere! I have recommended them to friends planning a similar trip who want to be comfortable but stylish too.

  I have suffered from plantar fasciitis for so long and have had injections in my heel, physical therapy and pills for inflammation but it was only temporary relief till I bought a pair of Dansko shoes.   I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE Dansko shoes. I have worked in the health field for 13 years and have yet to find any shoe that comes close to this brand. I suffer with severe flat feet, so my favorite Dansko shoes are the ones broken in for 2yrs or better. If I could afford to buy one in every color I would. Even my 13 year old wants a pair for High School next year as she is going to a Health Professional School...so guess who'll be working overtime to make sure her baby gets a pair of her VERY FIRST DANSKO SHOES.

  Your shoes, hands down, are the best thing I've ever done for my feet! As a nurse there are days that I am on my feet for as long as 17 hours and I can go to work and know that my feet won't hurt at the end of the day.   All of my co-workers wear Dansko shoes and I really didn't see what the big deal was, I personally thought they were too pricey for me. But I noticed that over the course of two years, I had went through at least 4 pairs of work shoes and they were still wearing their same Dansko shoes and they never complained of their feet hurting. WELL, the old saying holds true-you get what you pay for. I bought my first pair 4 weeks ago and I LOVE them. I bought a second pair two weeks later. I will never wear anything else to work-THEY ARE AWESOME! Thanks for the best shoe ever.

  I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my Dansko sandals. I now own two pair and I am always wearing them. Recently, on a vacation to NYC I took my Dansko sandals that I had recently purchased.
